Delivery within mainland France takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

14 days from the day you receive your order.
How do I return an item?
Email info@purevelat.com or call +33 1 46 48 26 00. Have your purchase details, proof of purchase, product photos, and reason for return ready.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
We process refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving your return. The money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take up to 8 business days to show it. In total, please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return.
How will I know my refund is done?
